Neil served as the executive producer of the AIDS-charity album Twentieth Century Blues, which doubled as a tribute to the great British songwriter Noël Coward, whom Neil has long admired. Elton John graciously consented to sing the title track, for which Neil provided introductory and lead-out vocals.
