Actually, the inclusion here of this 1993 single is questionable since the Pet Shop Boys may have had nothing more to do with it than to offer encouragement and a label on which to release it. The Ignorants are Trevor Trell and Mark Marshall, a pair of dancers (and later mixers) who appeared with the Boys on their Performance tour and on other occasions.
It's known that Neil and/or Chris were not the producers on this trackMartijn ten Velden filled that roleand they haven't been credited anywhere to my knowledge with any active role in its recording. It was, however, released on their Spaghetti Recordings label. And it's now quite a collectible rarity.
